    Baiju obtained his Nursing degree in 1997 and is a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Over the years, he has worked in a number of healthcare facilities including, hospitals and care homes which has developed his industry knowledge.

    He joined Harrier Grange as a ‘General Manager’ in December 2019 just before the pandemic hit! 2020 was a challenging time for many people but found the team at home was very supportive! Baiju loves his home and his role which leaves him with a great sense of satisfaction. Safety continues to be a top priority for him and the home and he uses his knowledge to ensure Harrier Grange remains safe!

    Baiju is known for being friendly, approachable and committed. He believes passionately in the value of people, culture, and right behaviour.

    Kirsty take pleasure in multitasking and am always eager to lend a helping hand with a cheerful smile whenever and wherever needed. Kirsty look forward to contributing my skills and positive attitude to the success of our team at Harrier Grange.

    Meet Krystyna, head chef at Harrier Grange. Krystyna loves using fresh, ingredients to make delicious meals and has been cooking for over 30 years and enjoys working in fast-paced kitchens. Krystyna is passionate about sustainable cooking and likes to create a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can be creative. She is good at leading teams and solving problems, taking pride in making tasty dishes and believing in the importance of each team member. Krystyna is excited to be part of Harrier Grange and looks forward to sharing her skills and passion for cooking.

    Remya required her Nursing Diploma in India and did her Bachelor’s Nursing Degree at the University of West London in 2011. She has been working in several care settings including hospitals in India and working within dedicated Nursing and Dementia Homes in the UK.

    She joined Harrier Grange as a ‘Registered Nurse’. Remya loves being a part of the committed team and she always does her best for our residents by providing them with maximum support. Our residents find Remya approachable and often support their families.

    Apsara is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with about 2 years of experience in various clinical settings. She has a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and promoting wellbeing. Skilled in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, Apsara began her career as an overseas registered nurse, working with a diverse range of patients. In the UK, working as a care assistant for elderly individuals and a support worker for learning-disabled clients. Apsara completed her UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and is currently working at Harrier Grange as a registered nurse, where she enjoys caring for elderly people. Apsara is hard-working, reliable, and always seeking to improve my skills, confident in making a positive impact in any healthcare setting.

    Muneer has over 10 years of nursing experience and moved over to the UK over 5 years ago to become a ‘Healthcare Assistant’. After completing his Level 7 qualification, Muneer became a Registered Nurse and has worked within a number of care homes to develop his skills further so he can provide our residents at Harrier Grange with the best care possible.

    Ananti joins Harrier Grange Care Home after completing her adult nursing degree at De Montfort University, Leicester. Ever since Ananti got her NMC pin in 2020, her love for helping people in need and giving back to communities has only grown more with each passing day. Ananti has experience working at Poole Hospital for a year during the period of COVID-19 outbreak. A year of working in the frontline in acute settings has made her more confident and experienced to deal with challenging and unprecedented situations.

    In 2022, Ananti relocated to Andover and has since worked with the incredibly amazing staff team here and has enjoyed building close professional relationships with our residents and providing them with more service-user-centred care and support. Ananti considers the residents as her second family and she enjoys helping them maintain their health and supporting them to meet their activities of daily living.

During her employment at Harrier Grange, Smitha completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care, which stands out as a significant achievement, enhancing her skills to provide comprehensive and effective care. Being part of a dynamic and supportive team, particularly as a member of the Care Concern Group, reinforces my commitment to delivering the highest standard of care. Looking ahead, Smitha is eager to continue her dedicated service, contributing to the excellence of resident care at Harrier Grange.

    Indu is originally from Nepal and has joined us at Harrier Grange as a Senior Care Assistant, having been working as a carer since 2011 and having a diploma in Health and Social Care and a degree in Health Science. Indu loves working at Harrier Grange because all the residents and staff are friendly, welcoming, and warm and she is well-appreciated by residents and their families for the work that she does.

    Chelsey is currently undergoing training to become a therapeutic counsellor, aiming to provide comprehensive care for individuals in all aspects of their wellbeing.

Romi has been a valued member of Harrier Grange since August 2020, initially joining as a Care Assistant. Additionally, she willingly stepped in to assist the laundry department when extra support was needed. Romi’s nurturing nature extends beyond the workplace, as she takes pride in caring for her family, friends, and colleagues alike.

We’re confident Amy’s expertise and dedication will make a meaningful impact in our Home!

Paul has a keen interest in gardening and property and with a strong work ethic and a passion for the great outdoors, he is determined to make the gardens at Harrier Grange an attractive enjoyable place for residents, staff, and visitors.

    She has been working at our care home since it opened and she feels extremely fortunate to have gotten to know not only our residents but also their families. She prides herself on being there and is always available to offer support.
