As the gentle warmth of the sun caresses our surroundings and flowers bloom in vibrant hues, Harrier Grange welcomes the arrival of Spring with open arms. This month has been a flurry of activity as we prepare to celebrate the season and commemorate special occasions with our cherished residents and their families.

From planting fresh flowers to add a splash of colour to our gardens to honouring important milestones like International Women's Day and Mother's Day, our community has been filled with excitement and anticipation. We've been fortunate to host a lineup of talented guests, each adding their own special touch to our celebrations.

Tickled Pink Productions, Classic Bells, Dave Dawson, and even our new Maintenance Manager, Jareth, have graced us with their presence, captivating our residents with enchanting performances and soulful melodies. It's been a joyous month filled with music, laughter, and shared moments of happiness.

Women's Day and Mother's Day hold profound significance for the remarkable women in our care home, as well as for their families. We take great pride in celebrating these occasions with joy and appreciation. Our live performers have brought endless smiles to the faces of our residents, lifting their spirits and fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie.

As we look ahead to Easter, our anticipation grows for the festivities that lie ahead. A special church service will bring our community together in reflection and celebration, followed by an eagerly awaited Easter egg hunt that promises excitement and delight for residents and their families alike.

As Easter approaches, we are committed to ensuring that all residents can fully participate in the festivities. We strive to create opportunities for everyone to share in the joy of the season.

Families are warmly invited to join us for these special events, providing a fun and festive space for them to enjoy quality time with their loved ones. With the Easter egg hunt, staff members and their families will also join in the fun, further enhancing the sense of community and togetherness that defines life at Harrier Grange.

We'd also like to share a massive well done and thank you to Perla, our employee of the month. Perla is a Care Assistant at Harrier Grange and is always going above and beyond to support the residents in our care home.
